This policy covers the Tether website only. Here's exactly what this site does — and doesn't — collect.

If you join the Tether waitlist, we collect the email address you provide so we can contact you about early access. Otherwise, this website does not collect personal information, set cookies, or run analytics.
Tether is a private memory vault app for iOS. This policy covers the Tether marketing website only — not the app. The app has its own separate privacy policy.

If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We use it only to send Tether early-access and launch updates, and do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.
Waitlist submissions are processed by Cloudflare, which hosts the site, database, spam protection, and confirmation-email service. The only other external service this site contacts is Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces used on the page. When your browser loads a font, it makes a request to Google's servers — and as part of that standard HTTP request, Google receives your IP address. We have no control over how these providers process data.
This site sets no cookies of any kind — not for analytics, not for preferences, not for tracking.
We use Cloudflare to process waitlist submissions and Google Fonts to serve the site's typefaces. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies.
If we add or change website features that affect privacy, we will update this page and its date before doing so.
